How to send a takedown notice

• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on this website where the material appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Email the complete notice to Contact@bdggameofficials.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject line. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details.

What happens next

We aim to review valid notices within a few business days. Where a complaint appears valid, the material is removed or disabled while the matter is assessed.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your signature. Material may be restored after review.

Repeat infringement

Content contributed by anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright is removed and not accepted again.
